The bike I found was the lowest price and was the only place that had my size in stock. The website said it was in stock and shipped in 24 hours, but when I received the email, my bike would take another three days to ship. Was kept up to date with the estimated build and delivery date and the courier followed up the same day. The bike was packaged very well with all moving parts covered in bubble wrap and secured with tape and cable ties. Received a PDI report showing every check done before the bike was shipped which gave me confidence in the build process. All I had to do was put on the front wheel and handlebars and give it a quick check - great service!
