Je****aOver all I am truly grateful for the companies integrity for quality and service to their customers, they could have never responded or never replaced the board. I bought this board around the 3rd week of June 2021, I had never owned an inflatable paddle board prior and only been on hard boards. When I received it I pumped it up and it was fine, when I took it out onto the water it started leaking immediately (like i thought the water hurt it) after google, youtube and asking people in the SUP groups online everyone suggested that I tighten the valve with the plastic tightener that it came with. When I did this the tightener broke and so did 1 of the arms inside the valve area. At this point I'm very frustrated because I genuinely just wanted to be on the water I didn't care what it looked like I just wanted to SUP and feel safe. (yellow markings are indicator of space between the valve and the black seal, its kind of hard to see with all the epoxy layered on it and last pic shows the space difference from 1st board and 2nd board) Once inflated I did the test soap and water test where you put a little bit of soap in a cup of water and poor it on the board to see where the leak is coming from. Well It was coming from all around the valve where I have the yellow markings. I tried at least 4 different glues, resin and epoxy all marine and over 3k PSI (1 worked out of the 4 SOLAREZ UV Cure Epoxy) I bought 1 of them for almost $60 from a military store that was for rafts. The issue I was running into was that I did not have a layered on patch for the area as I need to inflate the board. Once I found the epoxy that worked without a layered patch I could still hear air coming out of it.... So I did the soap and water test again, now it was coming out of the string hole that is meant to keep the cap attached to the board, and leaking on the outside of the black seal that touches the blue part of the board. HOW is this possible IDK. So I cut the string and laid epoxy ov

A***nThe quality of this paddle board is very good. Specifically, it has the following advantages. First, the installation is very simple. Put the paddle board on the ground and directly connect the pump to inflate the paddle board. At the same time, it is easy to deflate. Remove the lid, and you can vent all the air in a few minutes, which can save a lot of time. Second, the material used for this paddle board has high quality. It is not made of ordinary or cheap plastic, but made of very strong and durable PVC material. This material will not scratch the surface of paddle board even on the ground with small stones or rocks. Third, it is easy to carry. There is a handle on the top of the paddle, which can be easily lifted by one person instead of two people. Finally, this paddle board has a beautiful appearance and bright colors, which is very noticeable on the water. All in all, I like this paddle board very much and I recommend buying it. Since we bought this product, we can often go paddling on the nearby lake, especially when the weather is good, very comfortable and happy. I highly recommend this product to any serious buyers.

*SI can't speak highly enough about both this product and the company. The Cooyes paddle board is exactly as advertised: easily inflatable in 5 to 10 minutes ; performs well on the water ; packs up compactly ; looks cool ; has a good mix of accessories. As a reference point on performance, here's a compelling story: I was adventure paddling at sea and inadvertently drifted out further than intended due to the current - past both the swim limit buoy and docked catamarans, which was pretty scary! Getting back to shore was challenging, but the whole time the Cooyes paddle board was very stable amidst the whitecaps and current. This was a situation where capsizing would have been very dangerous so I am extremely thankful for the paddle board's strong performance. In addition to a positive experience with the product, I also had a very positive experience with the company. I contacted the company twice with customer service inquiries and both times they responded promptly within 24 hours. The first inquiry turned out to be user error. I wrote in that my "defective" valve was leaking, and they nicely advised me to use the provided tightening winch and tighten the valve per the instructions. That solved that problem immediately - please keep this in mind when reading the reviews saying the valve leaks...sometimes it loosens during shipment and tightening it solves the problem. The second inquiry related to the bag. Overall, the bag is of good quality and certainly better than the bags I saw with other paddle boards. The cinch straps work well and the color scheme is nice. I had a minor issue with a seam that worried me a bit about it coming loose while transporting the paddle board and the company offered to send me a new bag without any questions asked. I hope you'll take this extensive review as a sign of how please I am with my purchase overall, and how impressed I am with the experience to motivate me to write a thorough review. Buy with confidence and happy paddling!
