They have different brand names now, but they are exactly the same. They are bulky. So if you normally use a small size, you may need to adapt. But it's great now that I have 2 I don't need the gym anymore

Dumbbells take some time to change weight settings—loosen bindings, remove or add discs, change bindings—but this is possible with a simple dial setting. You press the safety lever, dial in your weight, and release the lever. When you lift dumbbells, some discs are left in place so everything is secure and the weight is comfortable to use.

This is an adjustable dumbbell system which allows access to 5kg wight to 30kg weight. It uses a dialling system to help select the required weight setting. There are 12 settings in total which includes 5, 7.5, 9.5, 11.5, 14, 16, 18.5, 21, 23, 25.5, 27.5 and 30kg.Things I liked:- includes a dumbbell tray (great storage solution)- premium build quality- non-slip handle- quick select weight mechanismOverall, this is a great space saving set of dumbbells with an innovative quick weight selection mechanism. It is also a less bulky design compared to other brands like Bowflex model. Recommended.
