I also own a 2020 MBP (Intel) and now a 2023 MBP (M3). I say "best" as although the 2020 M1 Air is not as fast as my 2023 M3 MBP; for the price and how damn quick it is, it is far and away "the best". It's so light, I prefer the form factor to the latest Airs, and it's easily fast enough for web development, 50+ tabs running in Chrome, and everything else you need open. As for speed, compared to my 2020 MBP, the 2020 Air is twice as fast, and the 2023 MBP is three times as fast. If you are reading this on Black Friday, £799 is an absolute steal for a laptop of this quality and speed. Buy it.

This is my first Apple Mac. I love it. It is so user friendly. It is smart looking. Not heavy at all. Very fast processing with great security features. It is expensive, but worth it. Awesome laptop.
