We also have the Sunny rowing machine and I like these machines for at home use because they are simple and straightforward with less options/parts that can break. You really don’t need the expensive machines with screens/programs when we all have our phones/tablets/tvs at home

I mostly do cardio and wanted to add something that focused on strength. This machine is really great for when you don’t have a lot of time to go the gym since it works many muscle groups at once. It was easy to assemble and can fold up so you can lean it against a wall.

Pretty easy assembly, did also pull up YouTube vid beforehand which helped. This stores nicely as easily folds away when not in use which is a great feature for my home gym with limited space. Seems a decent workout…3 bands is not hard & doesnt not feel like 60lbs resistance so I do doubt the actual resistance stated. No time to work up a sweat tho & feel muscles working.

This machine is BRILLIANT!!! Seriously!!! I am 58 years old lol. I have arthritis in my knees and hips but still I can work out on this Sunny Health & Fitness Squat Assist Upright Row-N-Ride Rowing Machine, Horse Riding Machine. It really is very comfortable to use and is NOT too stressful on the old joints. In fact, I have found that my joints are getting better and better and are slowly loosening up. I am also losing weight and building muscle in my legs and arms. And I really enjoy the challenge. Every week I am adding more pulls. My breathing is better, my mobility is improving and I am sleeping far better. All around this is a great piece of kit and I highly recommend it to everyone. It truly is an all-over body workout machine.

For how inexpensive this was, I can honestly say it’s got to be one of best ‘fitness’ items I’ve purchased. My reason for this is mainly because my small house will not accommodate a full on rowing machine, but as I really did want one, & after hours of reading all the reviews on this, I decided the low cost was worth giving it a go.

Really happy I got this and of course it folds together making it great to stand against a wall, under the bed, stairs or in a cupboard. Can't fault this gym equipment.

Over a few days of use the performance has been great. I have looked at various videos of their recommended exercises and I'm already getting results in my fitness level. I'm seeing some toning of legs, arms and core. I've still a long way to go to achieve my fitness goals but with regular use I can see this will do the trick.

This is an inexpensive machine, so I was pleasantly surprised by the sturdiness of it. Comprehensive and well diagrammed instructions make it easy to assemble (15-20minutes), and it`s simple and effective to use. I use mine before and after sessions on my cross trainer and I feel I`m getting a thorough work out. A good purchase, 5 stars.
