Recently bought for my wife who was diagnosed with SVT. I must say the featires and alarms have been a bit of a revalation, and having seen her land in hospital with various ailments, the health measurements are remarkably accurate to the medical equipment in A&E (ER for those in the US) It is (for me), a little pricey, and I know there are Android equivalents out there for less, but she is happy and the unit, (naturally) syncs effeortlessly with er phone and pad; hence the 5 star

I got this in the main for tracking my temp during the night (fertility needs) but have actually come to feel lost without it. It had been so long since I wore a watch that it look a little while to look at my wrist for the time rather than my phone. I like the 'prompts' it gives, reminding you to stand and move around, and the 'sleep' alarm means that I am awoken gently with a vibration on my wrist rather than the noise of an actual alarm. Much happier!

Great quality strap - yes it’s silicone but top quality. Chose white strap with silver watch to keep the femininity (I’m a woman) and so pleased with the overall result. Very easy to set up on my iPhone (which is a pre requisite). Bought mainly for fitness tracking, waterproof and ease of phone notifications - love every feature. I’m sure there are other products available but this what I wanted. Delighted with it.

Yeah so I upgraded from the 7 - something I was undecided on for a while since there wasn’t THAT much difference, but glad I did and it was the training zones that swung my decision. I do a lot of rowing, mainly steady state & I do a lot of weight training. For the rowing, being able to pin point the training zone is perfect for steady state cardio because it ensures I don’t go over. With weight training, the 7 would often lose track of my heart rate when on the heavier reps & breathing is intensified - the 8 doesn’t waver - it’s even more accurate than the 7 and the 7 was an amazing upgrade from the 3 I was using before. The apple watch is by far my most utilised gadget & is absolutely Money well spent.
