    So glad I took the plunge and purchased this model, after a few hours of research I feel this model can replace my 50 year old Singer (for soft furnishings i.e. curtains, heavy fabrics, cushions, mending, making clothes, etc.). I've tried it on different thicknesses of fabric and it sews great and is definitely more powerful than my old sewing machine (I'm usually the one who says things don't work like they used to but that's not true) Honestly , this situation surprised me). It was easy to string together (and so logical that I probably didn't need to look at the instructions to do it, but then I got used to it). I haven't tried all the features yet so can't comment on them. I mistakenly entered my initial review in the "Seller Reviews" field (no wonder I ran out of space), so I'll mention the seller here... My husband actually ordered this for my birthday As a gift, he saw the best one and decided to buy it. But it arrived in perfect condition. I emailed the seller with questions and he responded immediately and was very helpful. all good

    Love this machine, it's super easy to use, comfortable, practical but most importantly it's complete, it allows you to make many different stitches and gives you all the facilities of an industrial sewing machine

    The machine arrived on time via DHL and well packed. The machine was easy to set up following the instructions and I was sewing in 5 minutes. Excellent in every aspect.

    Bought as a birthday present, I haven't used a machine in over 30 years and love not having to thread it by hand. I lifted it onto the table effortlessly. Time flies when I use it. highly recommended
